OUR COMMITMENT TO YOU
Returns need to be sent back to 4Arm Strong in their original product packaging and should be packed to arrive undamaged and resalable. Product damage may be deducted from your refund. 4Arm Strong will provide a return shipping label if the return is a result of our error.
Please do not return any item without contacting 4Arm Strong Customer Service in advance, to obtain a RMA (Returned Material Authorization) number. This number will assist us in processing your return timely and correctly. Please include this number in the box on a note or with your original packing slip. Items should be shipped back using a service that provides tracking. Items that cannot be confirmed as delivered to us, will not be refunded. Deliveries refused or undeliverable to the address provided by the customer will be refunded less any actual shipping costs incurred by 4Arm Strong.
Refunds will be processed within 2-3 business days from the date of delivery to our warehouse. The actual credit on your credit card may take a little longer and will depend on your credit card bank. Funds can only be credited to the credit card that was utilized in the original purchase. You will receive an email notification that the refund has been processed.
If you have not been notified by us within one week and do not see the credit on your credit card account, please verify with your shipper that the item was delivered to our warehouse (best to ship items back using a method that provides tracking). If it was delivered please contact Customer Service for assistance. If it was not delivered, please contact your shipping agent for assistance.
Items ordered and then refused by the customer will be refunded the purchase price less the actual shipping cost once the items are received and process back into inventory. Items ordered and then returned by our carrier due to insufficient or incorrect address will be processed as a return. Actual shipping costs will be deducted from any refund if the address information was incorrectly entered by the customer.

Exchange or Replacement
If an item received has a manufacturer defect, was damaged in shipping or was missing parts, please contact 4Arm Strong Customer Service within 30 days of purchase for assistance to receive the same item for exchange/replacement. 4Arm Strong reserves the right to request that the faulty or damaged item be returned for review. If it is requested for return, a pre-paid return label will be provided.
Please note that most exchanges and replacements are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days of the notification.
